​RecBooks365 originated as a bookkeeping firm back in 2016. We were determined to bring useful decision-making accounting practices and reporting of larger companies to smaller, local businesses within the Greater Houston and Chicagoland areas.​ We put a pause on the business for a couple of years, and in 2023, the team returned recommitted and with a new vision in expanding into a full-service consulting practice.

We know first hand the challenges that growing companies face when they outgrow the basic "cash in balance, tax compliance" bookkeeping to needing the right data and a future focused view.

We are selective about our partnerships, choosing to work with businesses that recognize their responsibility as community leaders and the valuable role they play in strengthening the areas they serve. To better serve our growing client base, the firm will gradually expand our service delivery capabilities through a combination of both technology implementation and expanded service offerings across the United States, LATAM, and APAC to continue to provide the firm's hallmark personalized service approach.
